Legal Terms & Conditions

1. Commission Rates & Payouts

Our commission rates are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to modify the standard commission rate, payment thresholds, and payout schedules without prior notice. Any such changes will be reflected in the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions and will apply to commissions earned from the date of the change forward.

2. Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to terminate this affiliate agreement and your participation in the program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. In the event of termination, you will be entitled to commissions earned prior to the termination date, provided the amount meets the minimum payout threshold. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, violation of program policies, or other unethical behavior.

3. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement and the program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.

4. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, and nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and us. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would reasonably contradict anything in this section.

5. Modification of Terms

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and in our sole discretion. Your continued participation in the program following the posting of the updated terms will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
